Staying at this hotel was a mixed bag for us. The location was super convenient for getting to Volcano Bay and Universal parks, which made our trips easy. However, we found the rooms quite small and not very private, which took away from the comfort of our stay. The pool area was great and perfect for families, but there were a few hiccups with the room service that we experienced. Overall, it has some solid amenities but also areas that could use improvement.
