The water taxi service to the parks was convenient, reducing travel time.
I was disappointed with the room I received. It was an accessible room, yet I booked a standard lagoon view. The beds were too low, and it lacked a split bathroom, a problem given my family's needs. I was told no other rooms were available initially, and the replacement lacked the lagoon view I paid for.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the hotel offered easy access to the theme parks by water taxi. i also found the location fabulous.
the rugs in the rooms were not great. i noticed we did not have a microwave in the room, so i could not reheat leftovers. the hotel did not provide heavy blankets, so i turned the heat up higher.

The hotel was very clean. All amenities were well kept. The pool was great and towels were readily available. The hotel checked in with text messages. They ensured we had everything needed throughout the stay. Dining options were good and met our needs. I liked that the food at the hotel was some of the best I had. I appreciated the convenient boat transportation to the parks. I loved this location and would recommend it.

The room included two queen beds. A chair and desk were also in the room. Daily cleaning kept the room upkept. Overall the room met my needs for the short time I spent there.

The water taxi service was very convenient for park access. The large reception area was spacious. I appreciated the great dinner room service. The message system was fast to communicate with staff to get useful information when I needed it.
